The project entitled Yarn Management System is a systematic approach maintaining the following about the Product details, Various Category Details, Color and Size Details, Prices of Products, Online order details and product search details and it operates. Customer details have all personal details about customer’s name, address details, product requirements. This project is related to the textile yarn industry, especially to the Yarn manufacturing process. Textile is one of the biggest manufacturing industries in India. Defect rate of product plays a very important role for the improvement of yield and financial conditions of any company. Actually the defect rate causes a direct effect on the profit margin of the product and decreases the quality cost during the manufacturing of the product. Companies strive to decrease the defects rate of the product during the manufacturing process as much as possible. A sales and inventory is used to simultaneously track sales activity and inventory. Manufacturers and trade resellers can both benefit from a thorough solution, where single transaction entry records necessary details on the customer, products purchased, price and date while also updating inventory levels.
