Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Support patients with mobility and physical exercises as advised by medical professionals. Administer medications as per instructions and assist with medical equipment. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. Report any changes in the patient’s health or behavior to medical staff. Assist with basic housekeeping tasks related to patient care.
