The HR Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They play a key role in ensuring a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor laws. Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation. Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events. Act as a point of contact between management and staff for effective communication. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
