We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Bhopal. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the engineering aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise engineering team’s on-site, ensuring effective coordination and execution of tasks. Develop and implement site-specific plans, including project schedules, safety measures, quality control procedures, and the overall work programme. Establish and monitor project milestones to ensure that the work programme is on track and meets the project's timeline requirements. Oversee the construction process from planning and design through execution and completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project alignment. Review and approve engineering drawings, plans, and specifications. Manage and resolve on-site conflicts related to materials, equipment, and workforce. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including reports, change orders, and progress updates. Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff. Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site and promote a culture of safety awareness. Develop and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer) is preferred. 10-15 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering principles, and building codes. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
