We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive (Trading) to join our stock market services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, promoting stock market trading services, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new clients interested in stock market trading services. Promote and explain trading products such as equities, derivatives, commodities, and currencies. Guide clients on the benefits of stock market investments and trading strategies. Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets. Develop and maintain a portfolio of active trading clients. Stay updated with market trends, financial news, and investment products. Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups for client acquisition. Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with trading platforms. Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, trading, or financial services. Strong knowledge of stock market products and trading platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. NISM certification (Series VIII or other relevant) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in stockbroking, investment advisory, or wealth management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
