Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service. Process bills, handle payments, and issue receipts. Address guest concerns or requests in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service. Follow restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive attitude. Basic math skills for handling payments. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
