Carrying out literature review is very significant in any research work. It clearly establishes the need of the work and the background development. It generates related queries regarding improvements in the study already done and allows unsolved problems to emerge and thus clearly define all boundaries regarding the development of the research project.

In this research work, Particle Swarm Optimized Neural Network approach determines optimum number of clusters in analyzed data. This technique, first described by James Kennedy and Russell C. Eberhart in 1995, the idea of swarm intelligence based off the observation of swarming habits by certain kinds of animals (such as birds and fish); and the field of evolutionary computation [49].Particle Swarm Optimization is used to optimize the output of our system, by appropriate selecting the input parameters through PSO.
