Employee record management system is a project which was developed in php and mysql. This project will help in maintaining data of employees working in the companies, industries, hospitals, institutes and various other platforms which have employees. This project will also help students who want to know about the modulation and function of the project in order to get experience in this field.
Human resources play a key role In every organisation. By using this module any firm can record and analyse all the information about the employees easily in the local space.
Features of the ERMS
There are many features ERMS provides for its users. They are as follows :

•    User friendly interface.
•    Users have to login to add and access the information.
•    Users can add experience from the my experience menu presented on the dashboard.
•    Users can edit in experience by using the ‘edit my experience’ option.
•    One can fill their education from the ‘education’ option given on the dashboard.
•    Admin can edit the profile of the employee like joining date, salary etc.
•    Admin can add or delete information of an employee.
•    Admin can make changes in his/ her profile as needed.
•    One can also get the list of the employees registered in the system.
