Project Discription

The banking system relies a lot on efficient software for its proper functioning. It is efficient for the users and also also to the bankers. A user can conveniently perform the transaction and other related banking services at the comfort of their home. The banker also keeps themselves updated due to the centralized nature of the software.

A good online banking software should be easy to use every control should be clearly visible so that any beginner may understand the process of the transaction. A person should able to use this software irrespective of their technical knowledge. A good online banking software should also able to perform several tasks simultaneously without any delay or errors. Such software has ability to reduce the operational cost of the banks and has also helped to communicate effectively with its customers.

At User:

 In the first stage, a user will be directed to create an account page where he has to fill in the following credentials.

• Name, father’s name
• Adhaar number, pan number
• Permanent address, along with communication address and pin code
• Contact number and e-mail address

Now a user has an account in the software or bank and now he can log in through his profile by username and password. In his profile, he can view his net balance, view and update his profile, change the password, and can perform transactions by adding a payee. To add a payee simply click on the option and add the name and bank details of the payee.

You can also add or delete any payee. Similarly, you can also deposit funds by entering the card details and by clicking on the transfer amount. There is also an option or section where you can apply for a loan, for this you have to enter the simple details which consist of the name of the payee, loan amount, duration of the loan, date of application.

At Admin:

At the dashboard an admin can perform the following functions:

• Accounts
• Loan
• Debit/credit card
• User inquiry

In the loan section can admin can add and edit and view the status of the loan application. The admin can browse through the entire details of every customer by his –

• User-id
• Card number
• Card type
• Amount limit
• Apply date
• Remarks
• And status
