Image Fusion for Change Detection Using Machine learning Algorithm

Abstract:Improve the image quality by using the latest method of image fusion. A reformulated fuzzy-c-mean clustering algorithm is proposed for classifying change and unchanged region in the fused image. For providing more accuracy in classification: We propose to add an unsupervised classification based classifier genetic bee colony algorithm which will find changes in the imput images of separate time. Here output shows that proposed approach of genetic based clustering was good. Experiment was done on real set of SAR images. In this work two algorithms were compared on same set of image set and compared with ground truth images.
