Helpdesk Ticketing System Project in PHP

In this project 3 parts are available. first one is client part here is 3 options are available first is client registration, by this option client can register, after than registration here client can login and generate ticket (whichever is the problem).

second part is head section here head can login with any department and view client's ticket after than view  can add  any member with any department again Head reaches the client's ticket And the Head assigns the queries of a particular mamber.

Third part is mamber here mamber can login and Answer the query that is assigned by the head.
