Company visitor management system is basically working in one module which is ‘Admin’ module. Admin has authority to interact with its system by using features provided in the project.

CVMS has many features, some of them are discussed in the following points given below :

• Secured user id and password.
• Unique authentication process.
• Admin dashboard – on the dashboard user can see how many visitors came today, yesterday, last week and total visitors till date.
• New Visitor – in this section admin can add new visitors with important details; like their name, email, contact information, address, purpose of visiting, whom to meet, department etc.
• Manage visitors – admin can manage visitor lists. He can insert extra information, out time remarks etc.
• Visitor b/w date – admin can take report on visitors who come in a certain period of time.
• Admin can update their profile and password whenever they want.
