As cloud has evolved different kind of forbearance in various kind of area for  multiple access and security. Researchers are working regularly with effective output for different services. Proposed work has developed a unique approach for protecting data under various conditions. Here use of hierarchal model for file management makes load management of the site distributors. While LZW algorithm reduce dataset storage size with an high rate. So this approach of LZW increases security of files with lesser storage cost. Proposed algorithm will recover data completely at receiver end. Experiment was done on real text file dataset. Here execution time got highly reduced in both case of uploading file or downloading. At the same time storage cost of the file for uploading is also reduced as compare to previous algorithm CPABE. Results shows that the proposed work is producing the results which maintain the data quality as well as robustness against the intruders.
