Key Risponsibilites :- Course Development and Delivery: Designing and teaching courses in various management disciplines, such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and strategic management. Curriculum Development: Contributing to the development and updating of the management curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry trends and academic standards. Student Engagement: Actively engaging with students through lectures, discussions, case studies, and other interactive teaching methods. Mentorship and Advising: Providing guidance and support to students, including academic advising, career counseling, and research mentorship. Research: Scholarly Research: Conducting original research in management-related fields, publishing research papers in academic journals, and presenting research findings at conferences. Grant Acquisition: Securing research funding from government agencies, foundations, or industry partners to support research projects. Knowledge Dissemination: Sharing research findings through publications, presentations, and workshops to contribute to the advancement of management knowledge. Administrative Duties: Committee Work: Serving on departmental, faculty, and university committees to contribute to decision-making and policy development. Academic Service: Participating in peer review, editorial boards, and other academic service activities. Program Development: Contributing to the development of new academic programs or specializations within the management department. Student Recruitment and Admissions: Participating in recruitment and admissions processes for graduate and undergraduate programs. Additional Responsibilities: Industry Engagement: Building relationships with industry professionals to foster collaboration, internships, and job opportunities for students. Professional Development: Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in management theory and practice through continuing education and professional development activities. Community Outreach: Engaging with the local community through public lectures, workshops, and consulting services.
