The ideal candidate should have experience in various aspects of project management with a strong focus on technical expertise, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and timelines. Allocate resources and manage project budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive project schedule and implementation plan. Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to finalize a project charter detailing scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, budget, and timeline. Develop and oversee project documentation, ensuring approval through change request processes. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. Motivate project team members and facilitate effective communication. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams. Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates and status reports to MPSEDC. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management. Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality standards. Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications. Job Qualifications :Education: BE/ Btech with MCA/ MB AProject Management Skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment. Certification such as PMP/ ITIL/ Six Sigma / PRINCE2 is mandatory .Must have overall experience of 12 years Must have a minimum experience of 6 years as a technical lead or Project manage Must have led at least 3 (three) Projects in the capacity of a Project Manage Demonstrable experience in managing projects involving BI tools/AI/M At least 5 years of experience in working in IT related Project Management Units in Centre/State/Public Sector Unit
